🧭 TravelMeal Fleet Guidance

Follow these steps to register and operate your vehicle on TravelMeal.

1. Register Your Vehicle

• Open Fleet Portal.
• Register your vehicle.
• Select your vehicle type:
• Bus
• School Bus
• Private Vehicle
• Commercial Vehicle
• Shuttle

2. Create Your Login

• Create your own password.
• Login using your vehicle details.
• Save your login credentials safely.
• Take a screenshot of your login details for future use.

3. Inside Fleet Dashboard

• Press the green Download QR Code button.
• Press Set Route in Card 2.

4. Setting Your Route

• Enter your Starting Point (Example: Mombasa).
• Add Route Stops (Example: Makueni).
• Enter Ending Point (Example: Kisumu).
• You can add more than one route stop.
• The first route stop entered becomes the first stop to be served.
• Route stops must be entered using county names.

5. Selecting Your Stopover Hotel

• After saving the route, a hotel selection popup will appear.
• Choose your stopover hotel.
• Return to the Fleet Dashboard.

6. Managing Your Journey

• After orders have been placed and delivered, do not end the journey.
• Keep the journey active so passengers can still book accommodation.
• Only end the journey after reaching your final destination.

7. Arrival at Stopover Hotel

• When you reach the stopover hotel press:
• "I Have Arrived"
• The hotel will be alerted that your vehicle has arrived.
